Amisco does not sell products directly to consumers on
internet. However, many retailers sell
Amisco products on their own web site.

It is unfortunately impossible to purchase Amisco
products directly from the factory.
Our products are available through

Where can I see it and try it?
The retailers do not carry all products on their floor.

4. Can Amisco products be used outdoors?
Amisco products are designed and made and designed only for an indoor
residential use.
5. Are the Amisco products made for commercial use such as
restaurant, hotel
or public place?
Amisco products are designed and made for an indoor residential use only, not
for a
commercial use.
6. Are all the products available in all the metal, fabric,
wood and other finishes colors?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet.
7. Are the Amisco products assembled?
All Amisco products require a slight assembly, still
less than an imported product.
Many
retailers offer the assembly service when they deliver the products
to your home.

8. What is the maximum weight your products can support?
Here is the list of the maximum weight for Amisco products:
- Twin 39" beds: 300 lbs
- Full 54", Queen 60" and King 78" beds: 600 lbs
- Chairs and stools: 300 lbs
- Accent chairs: 450 lbs
- Table bases, bars, set of 4 legs: 250 lbs, including table top weight *
- Tabletops (melamine, glass, laminate): 100 lbs *
* Note: these weights only reflect the load that can be appllied without breaking a table.
These weights are not maximum weights for a table top not made by Amisco. The stability,
height and sturdiness of a table which do not use a table top recommended by Amisco cannot
be warranted by Amisco.
9. How do we clean an Amisco product?
Refer to our general cleaning guide or our wood cleaning
guide.
10. What is your furniture made of?
The Amisco products are mainly made of superior North
American steel, formed in Canada,
and painted with lead free paint.. Some
components are made of solid wood (birch), particle
board and MDF complying
with CARB formaldehyde emission limits.
11. Can we have the price of a product?
Only retailers can give you prices for an Amisco
product. Prices may differ from a retailer
to another.
12. Can we get
a catalog of your products?

Can I use a marble or granit top on an Amisco table
base?
No. The stability, height and sturdiness of a table
which do not use a table top recommended
by Amisco (recommended table base and
tabletop combinations) cannot be warranted
by Amisco.
14. Are the glass tabletops tempered?
No, unless otherwise stated on the product sheet.
15. Is a fabric protector (ex : Scotchguard*TM) applied
on the upholstered seats
and backrests?
No. A lot of the fabrics do not require it due to their
waterproof characteristics : the PVC’s,
bonded leathers and some nylon
velvets. The others can be cleaned easily. Many retailers
offer the fabric protector application
service. Please ask your retailer.
16. Can we purchase a chair or a stool with a seat
upholstered in a fabric and a backrest
upholstered in a different fabric?
Unfortunately it is not possible to combine different
fabrics on a same product.
17. Can we purchase a swivel stool made up of base model X
and backrest model Y?
Amisco does not offer that possibility. The Amisco
designers chose the best bases and
backrests combinations possible to create
each model.
