2024 Report Pursuant to the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act
Forced labour and child labour are a pervasive issue affecting numerous industries worldwide, in every country and in every sector.
The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act came into force on January 1, 2024. This new act requires mandatory reporting for entities and government institutions about the steps they have taken during its previous financial year to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used at any step in its supply chains.
Les Industries Amisco has created and submitted this annual report, for the fiscal year 2023 to 2024, to the Minister of Public Safety on the steps it has taken to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour is used in its supply chains
