At Amisco, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive with an issue. That is why we have crafted a 30-day return policy to facilitate smooth returns and exchanges. Please read the following guidelines and procedures to ensure a quick and seamless return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • All Online Exclusive item(s) purchased on Amisco.com are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, altered or assembled will not be eligible for return.
  • Items that were not purchased directly on Amisco.com are not eligible for return. Please contact your retailer in such case.

2. Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at weborders@amisco.com within the 30-day return period.
  • In the email, customers should provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) and quantity they wish to return
    • Reason for return

3. How to Return:

  • Upon approval of your return request, our customer service team will send you a UPS prepaid return label via email.
  • Customers must contact UPS customer service (1-800-742-5877) to arrange a pickup date and time.
  • Print the prepaid UPS return label and securely affix it to the package. It is essential to use the provided label to ensure that the return is successfully received by us without incurring any additional costs.

4. Return Processing Fee:

  • A return processing fee of $19.99 per box returned will be applicable. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The return processing fee covers part of the expenses associated with the return shipping and restocking of the items.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • After receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy's eligibility criteria.
  • If the item(s) meet the conditions, a refund will be processed within 1-10 business days from the date of receiving the returned package.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items or Missing Parts :

  • In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or with a missing component, please contact us immediately at webservice@amisco.com. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
  • In the email, customers should provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)

7. Changes to the Return Policy :

  • Amisco reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time.
